160 MORE INFECTED WITH OMICRON

Another 160 people have been diagnosed with the Kovid omicron variant.
This was confirmed by Dr. Chandima Jeewandara, Director, Institute of Allergy, Immunology and Cell Biology, University of Sri Jayewardenepura.
He pointed out that they had identified the infected people through research conducted in his laboratory.
Accordingly, the total number of people diagnosed with omicchronone in the country has increased to 208.
