$ 500 LOAN FROM INDIA

The Government of India has approved a proposal to provide $ 500 million to Sri Lanka.
Udaya Gammanpila, Minister of Energy states that the loan will help in resolving the fuel crisis in the country.
The Minister further stated that it is possible to import fuel to Sri Lanka by March using the relevant amount.
