A former local assembly chairman has lost his life in a shooting incident in Mulleria.

A member of Kotikawatta Mulleriya Pradeshiya Sabha has died in a shooting that took place at Mulleriya bank junction today (02) evening.
It has been reported that Sumudu Rukshan, former chairman of Kotikawatta Mulleriya Pradeshiya Sabha, died in the shooting.
