President Ranil Wickramasinghe points out that everyone should work together with dedication to bring about an era where all children and adults are treated with affection, seen and acted upon.
The President made these comments while issuing a message on World Children’s Day and Elderly Day.
The President has further pointed out that the world that adults perceive is not the world of children, their world is very simple and thirsty for mild curiosity and we as adults should understand it wisely and take care to create an unprecedented world for them.
The President has also shown in the message that it is our duty to take care of the children’s beautiful childhood as well as the elderly community who have made unlimited sacrifices for the development of our country.
