From today (26), 08 vehicles with mobile laboratories for chronic kidney disease tests have started operations.
It is reported that these mobile cars are a donation from China and their value is around 660 million rupees.
Accordingly, vehicles with these mobile laboratories have been deployed in the districts of Anuradhapura, Polonnaruwa, Vavuniya, Trincomalee, Ampara, Kurunegala, Matale and Badulla.
This project has been started by Sri Lanka and China together to prevent kidney diseases and the duties of these mobile laboratory vehicles are carried out by health workers trained by China.
