Decisions about what is good or bad in any society are based on the beliefs and cultural issues that they make themselves. Based on the conceptual problems of the people working in them, their service to the society is effective, impartial and fair based on their knowledge, attitude and abilities. If they are good, that society will be good. If it is bad, that society will also be bad. Their good or bad is recognized by wise people or people who have recognized the destruction caused to the society through good and bad.
Concepts and interpersonal beliefs are the most important part of dealing with society. Citizens of some countries, regions, cities or villages are able to trust each other and thus solve many of their collective action problems. But not in some places. It has become one of the most interesting puzzles in sociology (Ostrom 1990; Krishna 2002).
In Sri Lanka too, there are very few corrupt officials and corrupt ordinary employees in any institution. Because of that corruption, the chain of society has been broken. Those corrupt officials have succeeded in destroying the interpersonal trust and breaking humanistic concepts that we mentioned above. But even though there is a legal system that prevents them from doing so, it has been broken. Those few precious institutions as well as individuals are destroyed rapidly. They destroy them in different ways. These days we are exploring the activities of prison officials in Sri Lanka the most. After that, we have already started preparing the necessary articles to expose the extremely corrupt conditions of the prison administration through the inmates who come free from the prisons.
The reason for the revelations about some corrupt officers in Sri Lanka’s prison system was to save the prison system from officers who break interpersonal trust from the bad concepts we mentioned above and to support the government in preventing the generation of criminals in future generations. This country or prisons or other institutions were not created to reward the corrupt. To create a good country.
Everyone should be on guard when one corrupt prison official who supports the creation of criminals instead of rehabilitating criminals and socializing good people comes to the headquarters with his chest in front of him like a bicycle frame. Otherwise, he utters a series of words to raise the memory of a person who has forgotten his parents and all his descendants.
Another specialty of him is that if he sees a camera, he forgets his duty and runs to cover his face. Those who know the facts say that if the female officers come to perform a duty from him and say “You are very beautiful Sir Mara Smart” and kiss for a minute, she can leave him alone. This officer, who abandoned his family and behaved as a single man, has regrouped but has failed to give up his love for women.
It is said that the minions of this unconstitutional criminal officer have been used in prisons all over Sri Lanka to establish their dominance and strengthen their duties and sources of income. Jail headquarters officials say that if this person, who is used to putting his beak on everything, is at risk of heart disease if he reaches the retirement age of 58.
It is also reported that Charta Willi is looking for different ways to cover up his shame when “Ravana News” revealed that he boasted in front of the Commissioner General Thushara Upuldeniya saying that he is a king. The evidence we have shows that the best officials in the prison system have been frustrated by this criminal who has held three or four positions.
Also, if he is not happy in the prisons all over Sri Lanka, he will get the care of his stepmother, so the prison bosses are keeping a watchful eye and are engaged in the charitable care. The surprising thing is that even Mr. Thushara Upuldeniya may have some apprehension to oppose this person who is on top. The reason is that he is accompanied by a chaura ring.
A Minister of State for Prisons removed one of his posts, but within twenty-four hours he was powerful enough to regain it. Around him are many hands with ships. According to prison intelligence officials, he has now taken the crown as the most outstanding corrupt person in the history of prisons.
Recently, we have discovered who the prison headquarters met with two corrupt high officials and the Commissioner General of Prisons in Malambe area. In the face of a former politician involved in the robbery of the central bank, they are trying to cover up these corrupt acts that have been done by him by trying to create a good image for the current President. According to prison sources, a new jailer has also been assigned to the prison headquarters by the prison intelligence department to find out about this system after Ravana News got the information. Also, the regulatory officials have been called and told to set their minds right as the prison officials are angry about his corrupt actions.
Those officials came out after those discussions and said, “They stole everything and finally told us to wash the garbage.”
Honorable President, Minister of Justice, Commissioner General of Prisons. This corrupt system, the law should be implemented against them. If we don’t do it now, 80% of the flowers born tomorrow will be criminals. This corrupt system of bribery in Sri Lanka’s prison system is entirely responsible for it. It can only be stopped by kicking out the corrupt. A strong team should be recruited to find their faults and collect evidence.
