A special circular to government agencies and departments

A new circular is to be issued instructing government agencies and departments to take steps to use electricity and fuel sparingly.
Secretary to the Ministry of Public Services, Provincial Councils and Local Government JJ Ratnasiri stated that the relevant circular is due to be issued tomorrow (21).
