AN ATTACK ON THE RAGAMA MEDICAL FACULTY BY AN UNKNOWN GROUP

It is reported that an unidentified group has attacked the hostel of the Ragama Medical Faculty.
The police stated that the attack was carried out by several persons who had come from outside.
Three university students were injured in the attack and were admitted to the Ragama Teaching Hospital for treatment.
One of them was transferred to the Negombo Hospital, police said.
Police say that several suspects have been arrested in connection with the attack.
