AUNG SAN SUU KYI SENTENCED TO FOUR YEARS IN PRISON

Aung San Suu Kyi has been sentenced to four years in prison by a military court in Myanmar.
Numerous charges have been filed against her, one of which is possession of an “unauthorized” travel statement.
She has also been charged with violating Myanmar’s import and export laws and possessing ammunition.
She was sentenced to two years imprisonment for the same offense and ordered to pay both sentences at the same time.
