It has been revealed that 11 projects started by the Urban Development Authority have been stopped due to problems between government agencies.
That is in the Parliamentary Committee on Environment, Natural Resources and Sustainable Development.
It is reported that its chairman Gampaha District Member of Parliament Mr. Ajith Mannapperuma said that nearly 2531 million rupees have been spent on those 11 projects.
He points out that the people of this country have lost the benefits due to the blocking of the projects.
