It is reported that about 30 workers who fell ill at a fish exporting factory in Dankotuwa Haldaduvana area yesterday (21) around 4.00 pm were admitted to Wennappuwa and Lunuwila Regional Hospital.
After receiving medical treatment, a group of them left the hospital by yesterday (21) night and it is suspected that the toxic fumes originated from the freezers where the fish stocks were stored.
