Meanwhile, the National Audit Office said that 53 vehicles owned by the President’s office have been released to other government institutions, temples, religious leaders and members of parliament, and out of these vehicles, the office has spent 137 lakh rupees as maintenance expenses for 27 vehicles in 2022. says.
The audit department noted that the expenses were neither reimbursed nor processed.
The audit report also shows that although the vehicles owned by the President’s Office were given to other institutions, those vehicles were not transferred in a formal system under a formal approval.
