It is reported that a little girl has died after falling into a water tank in Nelumkulam, Bharathipuram area.
Preliminary investigations have revealed that the accident took place when the girl was playing with some other children. Later, the girl died after being admitted to Vavuniya Hospital for treatment.
A girl resident of Vavuniya Bharathipuram area, aged 01 years and 11 months, has lost her life.
It is said that the girl’s dead body has been handed over to the relatives after the magisterial inquiry and post-mortem.
