It is reported that a four-year-old girl on the motorcycle sustained serious injuries and died while being taken to the hospital in an accident that occurred when a bus carrying army personnel and a motorcycle collided near the Bandaragama police station.
The driver of the bus has been arrested and the Bandaragama police are said to be conducting further investigations into the incident.
