It is reported that US President Joe Binder has decided to appoint a woman to the position of Chief of Navy of the United States of America and accordingly, Admiral Lisa Fanveti has been appointed for that position.
It is said that she has served as the head of the 06th Naval Force of the United States of America and as the head of the American Naval Forces in South Korea.
But this appointment must be confirmed by the US Senate, and if the Senate approves it, Admiral Lisa Fanchetti will become the head of the US Defense Department.
It is reported that she can be considered as the first woman.
