The 3rd Randoli Perahera of Kandy Esala Festival will tour the streets today (28) and today (28) at 6.48 pm the procession will start from Dalada Street, Kotugodella Street, Colombo Street, Yatinuvara Street, Kumara Street, Kotugodella Street, Cross Street, DS Senanayake. The street travels along Raja Street.
Accordingly, the police has informed the drivers to use alternative routes during that time.
