It is reported that an unknown person who was traveling on the railway line near Kelaniya railway station in Peliyagoda police domain yesterday evening (20th) was hit by the train and lost his life.
The deceased is a male person between 45 and 50 years old, 05 feet 05 inches tall, dressed in a green shirt and cream colored shorts.
The dead body has been deposited in the Colombo Hospital and the Peliyagoda Police is conducting further investigations.
