It is reported that a person was arrested in Pinnawala – Medagammedda area who was in possession of a locally made firearm.
It is said that the suspect was arrested in a raid conducted on the basis of information received by Pinnawala police officers.
The arrested suspect is a 31-year-old resident of Medagammedda area.
