A REHABILITATION PROGRAM FOR EASTER SUSPECTS.

Professor Rohan Gunaratne, an international war analyst on terrorism, told a conference in Colombo that it is not appropriate to release the suspects who are currently in custody in connection with the Easter attack without a rehabilitation program.  It is reported that it was announced by joining.
