It is reported that the body of a dead wild elephant has been found in Buttala, Minumdoro Koloniya, Madilla area.
The local residents say that this wild elephant was wandering in the area due to illness for a few days and the dead elephant was between 20 and 30 years old.
It is reported that the post-mortem examination will be conducted on the dead body of the wild elephant and the Buttala Police and the wildlife officers will carry out further investigations in this regard.
