It is reported that a person has been injured in a shooting incident in Ahungalla area.
The police have stated that the shooting took place some time ago.
It is said that a group of people who came from a car shot a person traveling in a three-wheeler and fled.
The police say that the person injured in the shooting has been admitted to Balapitiya Hospital.
