A 66-year-old father has lost his life due to an assault by his 22-year-old son who came drunk early this morning (19).
The dead body of the deceased will be admitted to Kilinochchi Hospital mortuary for post-mortem after the post-mortem examination.
The police have discovered that the suspect’s son was heavily addicted to alcohol and arrested him.
Dharmapuram police are conducting further investigations into the incident.
