It is reported that Police Media Spokesman Senior Superintendent of Police Mr. Nihal Talduwa said that one hundred and sixty seven thousand test kits have been distributed to police stations to detect drunken drivers during the festival, and about 70,000 of them have been distributed so far.
It is also mentioned that a special program will be implemented to arrest drunken drivers and prevent accidents during the festival.
