It is reported that there has been an explosion at the Kekirawa Divisional Secretariat.
The explosion took place in a toilet located next to the regional office and the police have discovered that it was an elephant shot.
It is said that there was no loss of life and property was damaged in this explosion.
Kekirawa police are conducting further investigations on this matter.
