Foreign media reports that an explosion occurred near a mosque in Afghanistan during the memorial ceremony of the deputy governor of the Taliban province who died a few days ago.
It is said that 11 people have lost their lives and more than 30 people have been injured in this explosion, and a police officer is among the injured.
