It is reported that an unidentified naked male body has been found in a paddy field in Nikaveratiya police domain.
This was discovered yesterday afternoon (05) based on information received at the Nikaveratiya Police Station.
The identity of the deceased has not yet been revealed and it is said that the deceased is a man aged around 40 to 45 years, with a thin body and a beard growing in places on his face.
The body has been deposited in the Nikaveratiya Hospital and further investigations are being conducted by the Nikaveratiya Police.
