The US Secretary of State visited China yesterday (18), where he held a discussion with the Chinese Foreign Minister regarding the China-Taiwan issue for nearly five hours. Special attention has been given to the economic issues between the two countries and foreign media reports that the talks between the Chinese and American diplomats have been successful.
It is said that it is the first visit of an American diplomat to China after 5 years.
