It is reported that the Deraniyagala Police arrested an office assistant of the Ruwanwella Magistrate’s Court with a locally made firearm.
He has been arrested according to a complaint about threatening to kill the suspect’s wife by pointing a firearm.
It is said that seven daggers were found in his possession and the suspect is going to be produced in court.
