It is reported that the Commissioner General of Registration of Persons Mr. Pradeep Saputantri has announced that a program has been prepared to issue national ID cards to Sri Lankan citizens who are over 40 years of age and do not have a national ID card due to the lack of a birth certificate, with permanent residence in a village official division.
