Mr. Dayasiri Jayasekara, the former Secretary General of the Sri Lanka Freedom Party, states that there are 417 cases against the President of the Sri Lanka Freedom Party, Mr. Maithripala Sirisena, related to the Easter attack and several cases related to several other crimes.
In a special discussion with an internet channel, Mr. Dayasiri Jayasekara has mentioned that former President Maithripala Sirisena is very worried that he will be arrested in connection with those cases.
Mr. Dayasiri Jayasekara mentions that the people who got the government’s ministerial position by betraying the party are working to further develop this fear, and in this situation Mr. Sirisena is acting as they want.
