ONE PERSON DIED AFTER DROWNING.

It is reported that a person who went to bathe his dogs at Halawata beach drowned yesterday (24) and was rescued by local residents and taken to hospital but later died.

A 53-year-old resident of Halawatha, Mykkulama has lost his life.
