President Ranil Wickramasinghe came to Parliament today (06) as the Minister of Finance and announced that the Domestic Debt Restructuring Act should be debated in the Parliament and approved by Sunday and not obstructed. It is reported that Mr. Sajith Premadasa, the leader of the opposition, said that if it was given at the right time, there would be no problem.
Also, the opposition leader mentioned that Samagi Jana Balawegaya is against this bill and will vote against the bill.
