It is reported that with the bad weather conditions, landslide warning notices have been issued in many areas.
Among them, red landslide alerts have been issued for Kegalle, Galigamuwa and Aranayaka areas.
Meanwhile, the Kegalle District Disaster Management Assistant Director has informed that St. Joseph’s Junior Girls’ College and St. Mary’s Tamil High College will be closed today (20) due to the risk of landslides along with the bad weather.
