RESCUE EVERYONE TRAPPED IN THE CABLE CAR.

It is reported that the children and others trapped in a cable car in Northeast Pakistan yesterday morning (22) have been rescued by the commando soldiers of the Pakistan Army after a 12-hour operation using a helicopter.

The cable car had stopped 900 feet above the ground and 8 people including 6 children were trapped in it.

The group had used the cable car to cross a gate in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Battagram district and were on their way to a low-lying school from the high mountains when they met with the accident. Later, according to the orders of the caretaker Prime Minister of Pakistan, rescue operations have been started to rescue the concerned people.

Helicopters were used for the operation during the day and the related operations had to be suspended during the night. It is said that after that the cable car was secured with cables to prevent it from falling and the rescue of the rest of the people started after that.
