Government sources have reported that the President’s attention has been focused on the revision of the secretaries of several ministries.
Accordingly, it is stated that the secretaries of some ministries will be transferred and some secretaries of the ministries who have failed to properly implement the public welfare policies will be removed.
In this regard, a senior spokesperson of the government has said that President Ranil Wickramasinghe has received complaints about the secretaries of the ministries who are not supporting the implementation of the economic and social welfare policies that the government is taking to gradually rebuild the bankrupt country. A review has been done regarding the existing ministry secretaries.
