It is reported that with the ongoing torrential rains, the 20 km section of road from Marangahawela to Haputale on the Colombo-Badulla main road had fallen from place to place by the morning of today (19).
Police say there is still a risk of rock falls from the top of the mountain.
The police also ask the drivers to be careful while using these roads.
