It is reported that Weligepola Police has arrested a person who attacked an assistant manager of a financial institution who went to collect loan installments and stole goods.
The arrested suspect is a 48-year-old resident of Weligepola Henyaya area and he has submitted a complaint to the police that a gold necklace worth two lakhs and a pair of spectacles worth fifteen thousand rupees were stolen from his neck.
