It is reported that the Court of Appeal ordered today (28) to adjourn the petition filed against the Cricket Interim Control Committee till December 5th.
It is also stated that the new Sports Minister Mr. Harin Fernando gave a promise to the Court of Appeal that no further action will be taken until the next court date in relation to the gazette notice issued by former Sports Minister Mr. Roshan Ranasinghe appointing an interim governing body.
