THE INTEREST RATES OF COMMERCIAL BANKS HAVE NOT GONE DOWN

According to the order of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, no commercial bank has lowered its interest rates so far, and some commercial banks have not received the circulars related to lowering the interest rates, and the Governor of the Central Bank is responsible for that. It is reported that Mr. Pothupitiya made the announcement while attending a press conference held in Colombo.
