It is reported that a school student has been shot dead in Bandaraduwa Mayadunna area.
The 15-year-old student, who returned home from school yesterday (21), shot himself with a 12-bore firearm in a shed behind his house in the evening.
The dead body of the student has been deposited in Ampara Hospital and the Bandaraduwa Police are conducting further investigations regarding the incident.
