Sources of the Criminal Investigation Department have reported that Harak Kata’s security has been tightened following the incident in which he tried to escape by snatching the duty pistol of a Special Task Force sub-inspector while he was detained in the Criminal Investigation Department on detention orders.
Police sources have also stated that a team of around 10 members of the Special Task Force has been assigned for security.
On the afternoon of last 10th, Harak Kata, the security of a special task force sub-inspector who was used to guard the area was said to have snatched a firearm and tried to run away.
