When the Parliament convened at 9.30 this morning, Mr. Laxman Kiriella, the chief organizer of the opposition, stood before the Parliament and said that steps should be taken to call a meeting of the party leaders to discuss the postponement of the election.
Responding to that, the speaker mentioned that he will take steps to call a meeting of party leaders today at 2 pm.
