Foreign media reports that US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, who is currently visiting Papua New Guinea, has signed a security agreement with 06 local leaders in Papua New Guinea.
It is also said that the US Minister of State has promised to provide millions of dollars in aid during his visit.
