It is reported that the Minister of Health Mr. Keheliya Rambukwella has instructed his ministry officials to take necessary steps to immediately recruit 1000 vacancies for the nursing service.
Also, the Ministry of Health has stated in a statement that there are about 3000 nursing vacancies in the health sector.
