It is reported that an investigation has been started on the orders of the Senior Superintendent of Police in charge of Jaffna Division, Jagath Veeshanta, in connection with the use of three children dressed as child soldiers of the Tigers and holding something like cyanide around their necks in a Tiger celebration in the north.
These three children have been brought together for a ceremony held at the cemetery of Kopai, Jaffna to remember the LTTE members who died in the war and it is also said that police investigations have been started to identify the parents of the three children and enforce the law against them.
