THREE PEOPLE ARE IN THE HOSPITAL AFTER BEING STRUCK BY LIGHTNING.

It is reported that three shocked women have been taken to the hospital due to a lightning strike in the Haputale area.

Three women from the same family have been shocked by a lightning strike and they are aged 17, 21 and 42.
