It is reported that today is World Culture Day.
It is said that the cultural language, which is recognized as one of the oldest languages in the world, has become closer in building historical relations between Sri Lanka and India.
It is reported that the High Commission of India has organized a special event today (31) at the Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall in Colombo to celebrate it.
