It is reported that the National Water Supply and Drainage Board has announced that there will be a water cut for 10 hours from 10:00 p.m. today (19) to 8:00 tomorrow (20) morning due to emergency maintenance work at Ambatale Water Treatment Plant.
Accordingly, it is stated that the water cut will be eased in Maharagama and Boralasgamuwa Municipal Council areas, Kotte and Kaduwela Municipal Council areas and Colombo 4,5,7,8 areas.
Also, the National Water Supply and Water Transport Board has further stated that it expresses its regret for the inconvenience caused to the people due to this water cut and to store the necessary water.
