It is reported that a 12-year-old girl has committed suicide by hanging herself in a room of the house where she lived due to a mental disorder caused by a fear of a supernatural force.
A 12-year-old schoolgirl resident of Himbutuwelgoda, Kelaniya has committed suicide.
The Peliyagoda Police say that this girl had written a letter before committing suicide, in which she had written down all the details of her family and her discomfort.
Peliyagoda Police is carrying out further investigations regarding the incident.
