While arresting the Ampitiya thug, two police officers fall off a cliff.

On the 26th, an incident of setting fire to a 17-year-old child was reported from Ampitiya area and the suspect was arrested yesterday (29) by the Kandy police officers.
In this raid, it was possible to find a live grenade in the possession of the concerned suspect.
However, while going to arrest him, he fought with the police officers and two police officers fell down a cliff of about one foot and got injured.
These two police officers are Police Constables Gunawardena and Rajapaksa, aged 38 and 37 respectively.
